My name is Pablo Martinez and I am a Planner III for the San Antonio Water System. A large function of my job is to market recycled water to potential commercial or industrial customers. Also coordinate all aspects for connection including but not limited to planning, design, construction, contracting, maintenance operations and billing. I've been at SAWS for 35 years with 24 of those years working in the recycled water program.
