Eric Rosenblum PE BCEE is a licensed and board certified environmental engineer who helps industrial and municipal clients through evaluation of alternatives, development of agreements, and design and implementation of sustainable water reuse projects. Previously, Eric managed South Bay Water Recycling where he was in charge of the design, construction, start up, and operation of Silicon Valley’s recycled water utility. A former executive board member of the WateReuse Association, Eric is also involved in a number of research projects including investigations into regulatory barriers to water recycling (Water Environment and Reuse Foundation), sustainable water pricing (Water Research Foundation), and the development of metrics for sustainable water use (International Water Association).
