Project delivery under his purview include Design Bid Build, CM at Risk, Design Build, and General Engineering Contracting. His focus CM market is water resources with vast experience in potable, recycled water and wastewater projects including pump stations, RO treatment, ion exchange treatment, disinfection facilities, critical operations buildings, SCADA, PLC and HMI projects, CIPP lining, pipeline construction, pipeline lining, DYK Tanks, steel tanks, lined reservoirs, metering facilities, chlorine conversion facilities, well drilling, well equipping, geo membrane liners and covers on clearwells, large valve replacements, 1MW emergency generation facilities, security facilioties and Cogen facilities. Jerome’s vast experience includes performing constructability reviews for OC Sanitation District and serving on VA panels to support USACE and CALTRANS.
