Prior to coming to work for Arcadis, I was the Director of Operations for the Portland (OR) Water Bureau. During my time as the Operations Overlord at PWB, I became engaged with the National Blue-Ribbon Commission and was a commissioner up through my shift to consulting. At Arcadis, we are working with utilities across the country on how to implement reuse, from industrial to potable.
